My name is Jan Harwood, and I am a Sr. Mortgage Loan officer with Supreme Lending.  I am proud graduate of the University of Alabama and a Florida native.  I have had the privilege to work in the finance industry in Hernando County for 20+ years, making homeownership a reality.

Before making the leap to the mortgage industry full time, I worked with the Hernando county Housing Authority for several years, gaining valuable expertise in various housing programs, including the SHIP program which is a valuable tool for First Tim Home Buyers.  I also hold the credential as a Certified Veteran Lending Specialist (CVLS) making the loan process much more manageable for our Veterans.  I am a recognized lender for the Florida Bond Program and a facilitator for Homebuying classes.

I enjoy building relationships with my realtors as well as my homebuyers.  Keeping in mind that every situation is different, my team works with everyone personally so that we can develop a plan that will fit each specific buyer's situation.  Whether you are a First-Time buyer, a Veteran, a retiree, or someone that wants to upgrade or down-size your current home, we have the expertise to help you make it happen.
